Returns & Refunds
We always wish for our clients to be happy with their purchase, especially since its for a special little baby. However if upon receiving your item you are not satisfied, then you are more than welcome to return your item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email: firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you wish to send back your item and we will issue you with a returns code and return address.
The product you wish to return must be in unused and in a saleable condition, with original tags and packaging intact. If we receive an item that is damaged or worn in any way, then we cannot process a full refund.
Twenty Sixty One do not take any responsibility for any returns postage costs or any returns lost or damaged whilst in transit. We advise you return your product via an insured method of delivery which enquires a signature. Once your product(s) is received we aim to process your refund within 48 hours and we will send out email confirmation. Refunds will not include your original posting and packaging costs.
We will happily exchange any items if a different size is required (our stock ranges from 0-3 years old). We are also happy to replace any items that are faulty or damaged. However, if your size if not available, then we can issue a refund or give you the option to exchange for an item at the same value.
