Can I send an item as a gift?
Of course you can. Our products make the perfect gifts for those with a new little one running around. If you want to send one of our products as a gift to a new parent, just let us know at the checkout or get in touch. We can arrange for a note to be placed inside to let them know who sent it.
Will you add more products?
We sure will! Our collection is growing alongside our business and we will add new products every season and maybe even in between seasons depending on business. Keep up to date on our socials for product drops. If there is anything that you would like to see in our store, feel free to get in touch as I want you guys to love our stock as much as we do!
Will you get more sizes in?
Here at Twenty Sixty One we buy in a certain amount of stock for each size, we source our beautiful clothing from small businesses that only make a limited number of styles so when the stock is gone its gone. Which means when you buy a lovely outfit there are only so many of them that are available in the world. You can't get these brands on the high street.
Do you offer returns?
We always wish for our clients to be happy with their purchase. However, if upon receiving your item you are not satisfied, then you are more than welcome to return your item. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email: email@example.com letting us know you wish to send back your item and we will issue you with a returns code and return address.
Do you offer Pre-Orders?
We aim to get the newest releases from our favourite brands here for you to pre-order once their new designs are dropped. Pre-order will only be open for a few days and your parcel will arrive 4-6 weeks later.
What happens if it doesn’t fit my baby?
We will happily exchange any items if a different size is required. We are also happy to replace any items that are faulty or damaged. However, if your size is not available, then we can issue a refund or give you the option to exchange for an item at the same value.
Where are the clothes made?
Here at TSO we are all about quality. It is what we get praised on most. Our beautiful clothes are manufactured in South Korea which is known for its adaptability and wearable fashion throughout the world. South Korea’s style is known for being expressive and reflecting a sense of individuality, they are praised for their precision and you can feel the quality of each individual piece of clothing.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to post all orders within 48 hours of being placed. Once your order has been sent you will receive your parcel within 3-5 working days. The option to upgrade to next day delivery is available if your order is placed before 2pm at an additional cost. See our delivery page to find out about the costs.
